HOT CHOCOLATE
At ULEW CAFE, Chocolate in Guatemala,Mexico dates back to the Mayan and Aztec Civilizations. Guatemala and Mexico Hot Chocolate was traditionally prepared by grinding cacao beans, and blending in hot milk or water, sugar and cinnamon. Chocolate Beverage Mix is made with fair-trade cacao, which we grind in-house with our custom blend of sugar and spices. We use only simple ingredients with no artificial flavors or preservatives, to make a rich & frothy hot chocolate with The Sweet Flavor of Guatemala And Mexico.
