At ULEW CAFE, we celebrate the rich history of chocolate in Guatemala and Mexico, which dates back to the Mayan and Aztec Civilizations. Our specialty coffee and more include a traditional hot chocolate prepared by grinding cacao beans and blending them with hot milk or water, sugar, and cinnamon. We create our Chocolate Beverage Mix using fair-trade cacao, ground in-house with our unique blend of sugar and spices. Committed to quality, we use only simple ingredients with no artificial flavors or preservatives, resulting in a rich and frothy hot chocolate that captures The Sweet Flavor of Guatemala and Mexico.
